When you look into the mirror and no longer want to live
remember all the pain and sorrow that you chose to give
remember all the shit you pulled, people you have made to cry
remember how you wronged me and how long I ve wondered why

and as you feel cold steel as it glides across your wrist
remember me and realize that you will not be missed

I ll decide when it s all over
I ll decide who s won or lost

I am not what you think you see and it s nothing I can ever be
this title that I ve won, be it by default or by choice
cannot disguise the fact that I am faceless, without voice

and as I watch red fluid drain from slashes in my wrists
I convince myself once again that I will not be missed

The only thing we share today is the daily grind
can't escape the minor scandals that we build up in our minds
we feel like our usefulness has flown on out to sea
and we both wish we had the guts to make sure we d cease to be

and we think of each other as we lose all consciousness
and head to the other side in a state of total bliss
